Long Form Multicamera Youtube Video Editor (Premiere Pro)

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our creative team and help bring dynamic, engaging reaction videos to life. Your primary focus will be on editing long-form YouTube content that combines multiple camera angles, green screen effects, multi-track audio, and screen recordings.
This role requires an eye for detail, ability to take on feedback to grow, and the ability to create videos that capture and retain viewers’ attention from start to finish.

Requirements:
-Adobe Premiere Pro is essential, as all projects need to be compatible with our existing workflows, presets, and assets.
-Ability to work with green screen footage, syncing multiple camera angles, and integrating multi-track audio. This is vital, ability to use multicamera to hide edits and highlight the content.
-Editing skills, particularly with J-cuts, L-cuts, and a knack for arranging audio and video to build a compelling narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

-Edit reaction videos that maximize viewer engagement and retention on YouTube.
-Utilize sound design creatively, including background music and sound effects, to enhance emotional impact.
-Incorporate green screen effects, two-camera angles, and screen-recorded content seamlessly for high-quality final outputs.
-Stay responsive to feedback and willingness to learn our basic requirements.

About You:
Ability to sync and edit multicamera recordings.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with basic skills in Photoshop as a plus.
Able to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills but more specifically an ability to understand written english and a willingness to collaborate, adapt, and grow with our team.
You have your own editing setup, including reliable internet, to support a work-from-home arrangement.
