Responsibilities: The role includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
- Conduct keyword research for optimal product visibility
- Monitor and maintain product listings daily for accuracy and performance
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via
- Perform daily competitive analysis and reporting to identify market trends and opportunities
- Conduct product research and analyze customer reviews for product improvements
- Pull and update data for Amazon KPIs
- Create and manage FBA shipment plans
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Data-oriented with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceAbility to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon's ecosystem (orders, returns, digital content, etc.)
