About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled E-Learning Developer with expertise in Articulate Storyline to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering interactive and visually appealing e-learning courses. Your ability to leverage the full capabilities of Articulate Storyline will ensure our courses are engaging, functional, and aligned with our clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline with advanced functionality.
- Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to understand learning objectives and translate them into effective e-learning experiences.
- Create custom templates, animations, and interactions to elevate course engagement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Storyline, ensuring optimal performance across platforms.
- Apply strong attention to detail to maintain consistency in branding, design, and user experience.
- Test and publish courses for multiple platforms (LMS, SCORM, xAPI).
- Stay updated on e-learning trends and recommend innovative solutions.

- Minimum 3+ years experience in e-learning development or a related role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning best practices.
