Real Estate Data Manager

Your job role will consist of submitting Real estate open record requests to city and counties to obtain lists such as code violations, tax delinquent, demo list etc. Data mining will be a task for pulling business owner data and leads. You may have to often call and talk with county representatives to get info. Then you will be responsible for organizing cleaning data list, organizing in the proper excel format, placing data inside of marketing software. Please share disc test.
