For our team of around 15 people we're looking for someone xtra to assist on CUSTOMER SERVICE .
You'll be talking to worldwide customers of a herbal remedy shop in NL-Europe.

Apps we're using mostly are :
ZENDESK , Slack (communication)
Airtable, ClickUp (order & project management)

You should be communicative, have an eye for detail, willing to learn, and willing to do various types of work (incl data entry when needed).
Salary will depend on experience & other factors, but will be around 40 k PHP.

Our e-commerce business is focused on herbal remedies, especially MUSHROOMS.
We're based in Netherlands EU. English is the main language.

The intention is to look for long-term relations to enrich our team.
