We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor/Content Creator to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting visually engaging content and have at least 3 years of experience in video editing, we would love to hear from you. Join us as we create trendy, dynamic, and impactful content that supports our mission in the real estate space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, YouTube, marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure video content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
• Work on video timelines, including cutting, arranging, and polishing raw footage.
• Create graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Manage video content and meet deadlines while ensuring attention to detail and quality.
• Stay updated with trends in video editing and content creation to provide innovative ideas.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing and content creation.
• Strong proficiency in editing software (Please mention which programs/apps you are experienced with in your application).
• Experience with color grading, audio editing, and video enhancement techniques.
• Knowledge of graphic design and animation is a plus (experience with tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Ability to adapt and create content for different platforms and audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team, but most importantly, being personable is highly commendable.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work is highly encouraged.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona Time / 11 PM - 8 AM PH
