Cold Call Lead Manager

Growing Real Estate company seeking lead manager for Specialty Leads. Applicant must have excellent English communication skills and understanding of American culture. Must have high emotional intelligence and strong attention to details and have skip tracing skills. Must be able to solve problems and track leads in meticulous fashion. Must be able to build rapport with sellers and be able to gather information with flexible approaches. Must have integrity and enthusiasm. Job also involves managing current cold callers for quality assurance. Commission based bonuses!!!
