Position: AI Character Creator
We’re looking for a creative storyteller and detail-oriented Junior AI Character Creator to craft and refine immersive AI companions for Nectar AI. In this role, you’ll be responsible for continuously designing, testing, and evolving AI personalities, ensuring every character feels authentic, engaging, and endlessly compelling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write and develop distinct character profiles, including personality types, likes, dislikes, motivations, and backstories.
- Continuously test and refine AI character responses to ensure consistency, emotional depth, and immersive interactions.
- Create dynamic scenarios and example chats to guide AI behavior in specific contexts.
- Iterate on characters based on user interactions and internal feedback to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to integrate characters seamlessly into the platform.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong creative writing skills with an emphasis on character development and dialogue.
- Familiarity with personality systems (e.g., MBTI, Enneagram) and how they can influence character behavior.
- Attention to detail in refining conversational depth and personality traits.
- A passion for AI storytelling, roleplay, and interactive narratives.
- Ability to create engaging, context-specific example chats to guide AI behavior effectively.
- Chronically online personality—you’re up-to-date with internet humor, ---------- s, and online trends.
- Knowledge of anime, gaming culture, and how these influence storytelling tropes and character archetypes.
- A pulse on pop culture, social media trends, and viral phenomena.

Compensation and Paid Trial:
The compensation for this position is $350 - $700 per month, depending on experience and quality of work. To start off, we’re offering a paid trial of $100 to eligible applicants to showcase their skills. This will give you a chance to demonstrate your creativity and video editing prowess before finalizing a job offer.
