Are you passionate about ensuring emails reach the inbox and not the spam folder? Brands Meet Creators is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Email Deliverability Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing email delivery performance, managing sender reputation, and ensuring compliance with best practices. You will play a crucial role in analyzing email performance metrics, troubleshooting deliverability issues, and collaborating with teams to enhance email campaign success. Key Responsibilities:
*Managing Sender Reputation and Email Authentication
*Configure and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to ensure email authenticity and security.
*Regularly audit sender reputation and recommend corrective actions to improve it.
*Monitoring Bounce Rates and Spam Complaints
*Track and analyze bounce rates, spam complaints, and unsubscribe rates.
*Implement corrective measures to address high bounce or complaint rates.
*Maintaining IP and Domain Reputation
*Manage IP warm-up processes for new sending domains.
*Ensure IP addresses and domains remain in good standing with major ISPs.
*Implementing Best Practices to Avoid Spam Filters
*Design and enforce email best practices to improve inbox placement rates.
*Collaborate with content teams to optimize email structure and minimize spam trigger words.
*Managing Email Infrastructure and Sending Patterns
*Oversee email servers, MTAs, and third-party email platforms to maintain optimal performance.
*Adjust sending patterns and volumes based on ISP guidelines and recipient engagement.
*Analyzing Delivery Metrics and Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
*Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators such as open rates, click rates, and delivery rates.
*Troubleshoot delivery failures and propose actionable solutions for improvement.

Qualifications:
*Proven experience in email deliverability, email marketing, or email infrastructure management.
*Strong understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and IP reputation management.
*Familiarity with email service providers (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark) and email analytics tools.
*Analytical skills to interpret delivery metrics and resolve complex delivery issues.
*Knowledge of anti-spam regulations and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
*Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
*Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain deliverability concepts clearly.
