ABOUT THE POSITION:
- As an Expert Virtual Assistant specializing in lead generation, appointment booking, and sales calls for our fitness facility, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Initially, your primary focus will be on promptly and professionally responding to incoming leads, ensuring each inquiry is addressed with the care and attention that reflects our commitment to exceptional service and a welcoming fitness environment. This responsive approach sets the tone for nurturing prospective client relationships from the very first interaction.
Building on these interactions, you will research and identify quality leads tailored to our specific needs, utilizing various online tools and platforms to build a robust sales pipeline. You will then contact prospects, schedule meetings, and efficiently manage calendars to ensure our sales process remains seamless and optimized. Conducting persuasive sales calls, nurturing relationships with potential customers, and converting these prospects into loyal members of our fitness community will be key components of your role.
Collaboration is essential; you'll work closely with tea ---------- mbers to refine strategies, share insights, and continually improve overall performance. Your meticulous attention to detail will also be crucial as you maintain comprehensive records of interactions, appointments, and sales outcomes in our CRM system. This position requires a proactive, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to excellence throughout every stage of our sales process for the fitness facility.
- Work 10-25 hours per week
