Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

Using Adobe AND Capcut to edit high-quality, engaging short-form and long-form videos tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

Incorporate trending editing styles and deliver polished, professional content aligned with the Cody Drug brand.

Ensure quick turnarounds to meet posting schedules

Social Media Management:

Candidate must have experience using ManyChat and is comfortable monetizing an audience.

Plan, schedule, and post content daily across all platforms, including weekends (scheduled posts).

Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.

Applicant must put their favor color in the subject line of their application.

Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content based on performance.

Content Ideation and Creation:

Brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas that resonate with the Cody Drug audience.

Design and create visually appealing posts, stories, and reels using Cody Drug’s branding.

Growth and Monetization:

Implement strategies to grow Cody Drug’s social media following across platforms.

Develop monetization tactics, such as collaborations, product promotions, and ad revenue optimization.

General Virtual Assistant Tasks:

Respond promptly to internal communications.

Assist with administrative tasks related to social media campaigns.

Organize and manage content assets systematically.

Analytics and Reporting:


Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance strategy.

Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts with large followings.

Advanced video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.

Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and strategies for growth.

Experience in content monetization and paid ad campaigns.

Availability to manage posts and content over weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with healthcare or wellness brands.

Experience with influencer collaborations or community building.
