This Role Is for You ONLY If You Can Prove You Have:
• 2+ years of dropshipping customer support experience
• Hands-on expertise with Gorgias, Shopify, Slack, ChatGPT, and DeepL
• A flawless command of English (written + spoken)
• The ability to manage refunds, tracking requests, complaints, and FAQs with speed and professionalism
• A proven track record of responding within 24h, without excuses
