Facebook Ad Designer

Hello, I am looking for someone to help me design Facebook ads for ecommerce businesses who are located in North America. Most ads will be in the US and Canada. I am looking specifically for someone to help design graphic and video content.

This person must be open-minded, coachable on process, and able to iterate and offer ideas on new experiments.
