JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- The Shopify Operations Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of Shopify accounts. This role is responsible for setting up Shopify stores, managing account configurations, and ensuring all data, including product listings and inventory, is accurately entered and maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. This individual will contribute to the seamless operation of Shopify stores and support the company’s e-commerce strategy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Shopify Account Administration
> Create and manage Shopify accounts.
> Connect Shopify accounts to the appropriate domains.
> Build and maintain basic Shopify websites, focusing on front-end functionality and user experience.

Data Entry and Management
> Input and update product listings, including inventory, pricing, and descriptions.
> Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Shopify accounts.
> Generate and analyze Shopify reports to support business decisions.

Inventory and Product Management
> Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure accuracy across all platforms.
> Configure product categories, tags, and filters for optimal user navigation.

Technical Support
> Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify accounts.
> Collaborate with internal teams to integrate third-party apps or plugins as needed.

Tools and Reporting
> Utilize Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, inventory tracking, and reporting.
> Apply advanced formulae in Excel/Google Sheets for efficient data management and reporting.

EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 3 or more years of experience in handling Shopify accounts.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, with expertise in using advanced formula (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and IF-STATEMENTS), creating pivot tables, and maintaining structured spreadsheets for inventory and pricing.
- Ability to create and set up Shopify accounts, including configuring settings and connecting domains.
- Experience building and customizing Shopify websites on the front-end to ensure functionality and user-friendly design.
- Proficient in adding, updating, and managing product listings, including images, descriptions, tags, and inventory tracking in Shopify.
- Skilled in configuring product categories, collections, and filters for optimized navigation.
- Knowledgeable in generating and analyzing Shopify reports to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the Shopify platform.
- Experience integrating Shopify with third-party apps and plugins to enhance functionality.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and product information management.

Salary Range: 30,000Php - 40,000Php (Based on experience, skillset, and overall fit)
