Web Designer - Manager

I'm Chris, Founder of ---------- , a web design subscription service that supports small businesses, mostly in the UK and US.

Gatsboy designs and builds no-code websites on subscription, allowing customers to request updates and changes, which we do for them. We also manage their emails, domain names.

There is a growing market for low-cost web design, especially in the US. I'm looking for a talented and focused indiviual who wants to take the lead on growing the Gatsboy brand.

Key Skills:
- Strong design portfolio
- Strong understanding of web design
- Good communication (English)
- Social media
- Good organisation & time management

Bonus Skills:
- Team management experience
- Agency experience

While this role is a gig, it is actually a partnership, where you will be offered equity and revenue from Gatsboy.

Your main responsibilities will be to continue to build websites and grow the business, then hire more team members to support that growth, working closely with me on certain aspects of the business.

Gatsboy currently has around 20 customers and the goal is to reach 200+ customers this year. Which we will achieve through email marketing, social media and paid advertising.

This opportunity is best suited to someone who wants to join a ready made agency with a proven system.
