Job Summary:

A Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Specialist is responsible for managing online ads where business pays for each click. The goal is to bring traffic to a website, generate leads, or make sales while making sure the business gets the best results for money.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media to meet client or company goals.
- Keyword Research & Selection: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value terms and negative keywords, optimizing for reach and relevance.
- Ad Brief Creation: Write compelling ad briefs with copy and design suggestions for the creative team.
- Conduct A/B testing: Determine the most effective versions for higher click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
- Bid Management & Optimization: Manage and adjust bids to ensure maximum ROI, aligning budgets with performance and seasonal trends.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Use analytics tools to track campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates) and provide regular reports. Analyze data to refine targeting and ad spend.
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with designers and developers to create or improve landing pages for better user experience and higher conversion rates.
- Audience Targeting & Retargeting: Use audience insights to refine targeting for demographics, interests, location, etc., and implement retargeting campaigns for previous visitors.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitor PPC strategies and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Budget Allocation & Management: Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns and adjust spending to align with campaign performance and objectives.
- Stay Updated with PPC Trends & Changes: Keep up with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, especially on Google Ads and paid social channels.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Analytical Skill: Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize ad performance
- Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication with clients and tea ---------- mbers about goals and performance.
- Time Management: Ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to details: Ensure accurate keyword targeting, ad copy, and budget management.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to create compelling ad copy and suggest innovative strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools like google ads Editor, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Problem Solving: Quick adjust campaigns to overcome challenges and improve performance.

Education :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing ads, or social media platforms
- Google Ads and Google Analytics Certifications (Preferred)

Work Environment:
- This is a remote (offshore) position supporting a U.S.-based team.
- Ability to work across different time zones and manage communications effectively.

Performance Metrics and Targets for the PPC Specialist (VA) :
1. Key Metrics for Evaluation:
- Campaign Performance:
- Evaluate ad click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) for each campaign.
- Target improvements in CTR and ROAS by adjusting targeting, keywords, and ad content.

2. Keyword and Audience Management:
-Research and update keyword lists and audience segmentation regularly.
- Track the performance of keywords and audience segments, optimizing them to improve ad reach and relevance.

3. Ad Copy & Creative Testing:
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and copy to determine the most effective messaging.
- Measure engagement rates and conversion success for different ad variations.

4. Budget and Cost Management:
- Monitor daily ad spending to ensure alignment with budget targets.
- Aim to reduce cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) while maintaining or increasing ad effectiveness.

5. Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
- Create regular performance reports that highlight key metrics and insights.
- Measure engagement rates and conversion success for different ad variations.

Ideal Targets for the First 30, 60, and 90 Days:
I. 30-Day Targets:
- Account Audit & Familiarization: Review current campaigns, keywords, and budget allocations to understand existing strategies.
- Metric Baselines: Establish baseline metrics for CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.
- Reporting Structure: Set up a reporting format for consistent tracking and reporting on performance.

II. 60-Day Targets:
- Campaign Optimization: Implement optimization strategies based on initial performance data; refine keywords, ad copy, and targeting.
- Creative Testing: Begin A/B testing different creatives and copy across campaigns.
- Improvement in CTR/Conversion: Target a minimum of 10% improvement in CTR or conversion rates across key campaigns.

III..90-Day Targets:
- Refined Budget Allocation: Adjust budget distribution based on campaign effectiveness.
- Advanced Targeting: Implement lookalike audiences or retargeting where possible for higher conversions. -
- ROAS Goal Achievement: Reach or exceed target ROAS across campaigns with sustained performance.

- Keyword and Audience Refinement

Achieve a 10% improvement in baseline CTR and ROAS.

III.90-Day KPIs
- Budget Efficiency
Optimize and spend to maintain or reduce CPC/CPA.

Conduct feedback surveys to measure satisfaction with campaign performance and reporting.
