At Healthy Mindful Self, we're a small but mighty team of 3 dedicated to helping people live their healthy, mindful life. Our niche is holistic health - we provide a range of services and products focused on energy healing, medications/supplements consultation, and mindfulness/meditation.

It's an exciting time to join our team, as we're in the process of reigniting our brand presence and reconnecting with our existing audience. While our current email engagement and response rates are still building, we're committed to providing immense value to our loyal customers and community.

Whether it's through personalized shamanic healing sessions, medications, botanical supplements, or mindfulness workshops, our mission is to help people feel more balanced, energized, and connected to their highest selves. We host free events and pop-ups where we get to connect with our community via Zoom and/or face-to-face in a regular basis, and now we're looking to level up our sales and marketing efforts to support this growing part of our business.

? The Opportunity: Versatile Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

We're searching for a driven, adaptable multi-tasker to join our team as our 3rd Assistant. In this versatile position, you'll be responsible for managing our email marketing efforts, supporting client/customer communication thru implementing re-engagement offers / email nurture sequence, and handling a variety of operational tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

-> Creating and maintaining email campaigns/sequences for our brands and re-engagement offers
-> Tracking performance metrics and providing insights
-> Assisting with general admin, content creation, and project work
-> Serving as an event concierge to engage customers, inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups
-> Strategizing & conducting cold-calling, email outreach, and social media lead generation activities
-> Identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and foster loyalty

We're not looking for someone with a generic call center background. Rather, we need a well-rounded professional who understands the importance of building genuine, trust-based relationships and working for a small team. If you have a passion for wellness, strong communication skills, and a knack for using email to drive results, this could be the perfect fit.

What We're Looking For:

? Proficiency in email marketing platforms and analytics (ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Square Up, and/or similar)
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? [REQUIRED] Experience crafting personalized, audience-centric messaging to effectively execute marketing strategy, outreach, and lead nurturing (can leverage using AI)
? Ability to work independently and as part of a SMALL team
? Bonus points: Background in lead generation or sales outreach
