Yaran Property Group is a Perth-based property developer that specialises in affordable medium density development within the Perth metropolitan area. The company was established in 1996 and since then have developed over 1,000 dwellings with a combined development value in excess of $400 million.

We are growing our Projects team to address the shortage of affordable and disability housing in WA.
Yaran’s Projects team is currently looking for a creative architect who will closely work with the Project Management team on a day-to-day basis.

We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning and designing. At Yaran, we take projects through from the land acquisition phase all the way through to the completion. You will be involved in new building designs from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to produce sustainable, functional, affordable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Qualifications Prerequisites
• Degree or post graduate qualifications in Architecture
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Can produce:
1. 2D Drawings (using Revit)
2. 3d Modelling (using Sketchup/Revit)
3. High Quality Rendered Illustrations (using Enscape)
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Above all Yaran is looking for an Architecture graduate who is:

• able to produce sustainable, functional, affordable, and aesthetically pleasing designs

Employment and Salary:
