The Role
We’re seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead our web projects from kickoff to launch. You’ll serve as the operational linchpin across multiple client engagements—ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track. This role requires strong organizational thinking, excellent client communication, and a deep understanding of the web design and development process.

This is a contract position with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on fit and performance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple website engagements, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Manage scope, resource allocation, budget, and progress tracking across all client engagements, flagging issues and coordinating their swift resolution
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal team—setting expectations, communicating updates, and managing approvals
- Facilitate internal workflows, including task planning, team check-ins, and sprint management in ClickUp
- Collaborate with agency principals to prioritize work, allocate team resources, and continuously improve processes

Requirements
- Proven experience managing digital or website projects at an agency or studio
- Deep familiarity with the web design and development process, including UX design, content planning, and front-end implementation
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday
- Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and proactive
- Ability to manage remote teams and juggle multiple projects with confidence and composure
