In This Role, You Will:
* Copy and Design: Draft compelling copy for posts, web pages, blogs, and create eye-catching visuals that align with our brand.
* Email Campaign Management: Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns, analyze email engagement metrics
* Website Management: Make updates and changes to our website
* SEO Support: Optimize web pages, blog posts, and other content to improve organic search visibility
* Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies, create visually appealing posts, manage the community (reply to dms/comments etc), stay updated on Instagram trends
* Social Media Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance to help refine our strategies

About You:
* 2-3+ years in a marketing role
* Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Tiktok, etc)
* Proficient with WordPress and Elementor
* Experience with creating blog articles
* Experience in creating email campaigns
* Able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision, and in collaboration with team members
* You have a strong track record of hitting lead generation targets
* Know their way around crafting, editing, and optimizing pages
* Excellent in telling stories and copywriting
* You have a passion for growth "hacking" marketing
* You must be high energy, coachable, adaptable, and collaborative.
