Job Opportunity: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (E-Commerce Focus)

We’re looking for a skilled **Virtual Assistant (VA)** to support our e-commerce operations. If you’re experienced with WordPress, AliExpress, and Shopify, and have a knack for organization and creativity, we’d love to hear from you!

#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Add and update products on **WordPress/WooCommerce**.
- Source and import products from **AliExpress**.
- Manage product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Sync and manage products on **Shopify** as needed.
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and SEO-friendly.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including **data entry** and maintaining records in **Google Sheets and Google Drive**.
- Use **Canva** for basic graphic design tasks (e.g., creating banners or promotional materials).

#### **Requirements:**
- Experience working as a VA in e-commerce or a similar role.
- Proficiency in WordPress, AliExpress, and Shopify.
- Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings.
- Familiarity with **Google Sheets** and **Google Drive** for file organization and collaboration.
- Basic skills in **Canva** for design tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

#### **Job Details:**
- **Hours:** 5 hours daily, 6 days a week (Sunday off).
- **Pay:** $150 per month.
- **Remote-Friendly:** Work from anywhere!

#### **Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):**
- Familiarity with tools like Oberlo or Dsers for product research.
- Basic photo editing skills for product images.
- Knowledge of current e-commerce trends and customer preferences.
