Graphic Designer, Administrative Support Specialist (Health & Beauty)

We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Administrative Support Specialist with bookkeeping experience to join our team and support a variety of creative and organizational tasks. This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing wellness and beauty brand, providing expertise in graphic design, administrative support, financial management, and website improvements to help us streamline operations and enhance our brand.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design Responsibilities:
Product Packaging Design: Design compelling, functional packaging for supplements and skincare products.
Website Design & Improvement: Redesign and enhance our existing Shopify website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience that aligns with the brand's aesthetics and customer needs.
Brand Development: Help refine and enhance brand identities to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Print-Ready Artwork: Create clean, outline-based artwork (without layers) that meets print production requirements.
Design Terminology: Work with dielines, color profiles, and other industry-specific specifications.

Administrative Responsibilities:
Patient Bookings: Manage and schedule appointments for patients.
Order Management: Handle Shopify orders, product listings, and order fulfillment.
Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings for Dr. Nigma.
Social Media Integration: Manage and integrate Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with Shopify, ensuring seamless operations.
Amazon FBA Management: Oversee Amazon orders, product listings, inventory, and logistics.
Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate shipping for US, CAN, UK, and EU markets.
SEO: Optimize web content for better search engine visibility.

Bookkeeping Responsibilities:
Financial Tracking: Assist in tracking and organizing company finances, including revenue, expenses, and transactions.
Invoicing & Payments: Prepare and manage invoices, payments, and receipts for the business.
Budgeting: Help with budget preparation, monitoring, and financial forecasting.
Tax Preparation: Assist with preparing financial documents and reports for tax filing.
Bookkeeping Software: Manage and update financial records using our bookkeeping tools.

Requirements:

Graphic Design Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing experience in product packaging, website design, and branding for health, wellness, or beauty industries.
Experience with Shopify: Strong experience in improving and redesigning Shopify websites, with a focus on user experience and aesthetics.
Experience with Supplements or Skincare: Prior experience in designing for these sectors is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Print and Web Design Principles: Expertise in print-ready artwork, dielines, color profiles, and web design standards.
Admin Support Skills: Experience in patient bookings, order management via Shopify, social media platforms, Amazon FBA, shipping, and SEO.
Bookkeeping Experience: Familiarity with financial tracking, invoicing, budgeting, and using bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, etc.).
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
