What You’ll Do:
- Process and send proof of prior insurance documents to carriers.
- Handle client communications for proof of insurance via
- Prepare electronic signature documents for new and renewing policies.
- Submit and track roadside assistance receipts with carriers.
- Update and manage mortgage/lienholder information, sending updates as needed.
- Generate accurate insurance quotes for new and renewal business.
- Input and maintain client information in our CRM system.
- Track and manage documentation for all new and renewal business, ensuring records are updated.
- Oversee carrier service lists and handle related communications with insurers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in data entry, record management, or related roles.
- A reliable laptop or PC with dual monitors and a stable internet connection.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work exclusively for our agency full-time, Monday–Friday, during US Eastern Time hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM).
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
