Bookkeeper for Ecommerce Business

Do you have experience with Amazon / ecommerce bookkeeping? We are looking for someone that has clear communication and is well organized. Our company sells products on eBay, Amazon and our own websites. This bookkeeping role will help us keep track of all the sales and reconcile in QuickBooks.

We currently use a software service called Ecomdash for keeping the inventory levels synced across all the sales channels and send the sales data directly to QB. We may stay with Ecomdash or consider moving to another inventory management software.

Your job will be to make sure that all the data is correct, and to prepare inventory level reports so that we can re-order more inventory at the right time. Also, you will help us keep records of purchases and expenses organized for tax purposes. And finally, you will provide accurate Financial Reports at the close of every period.
