This means, we buy distressed real estate from motivated homeowners and sell them to end-buyers like landlords and flippers across the nation. In exchange for this service we earn an assignment fee for bringing the two parties together. Position Summary:
As a Lead Manager, you are the face of the company! You will be responsible for speaking directly to homeowners who might need to sell their homes or land. You will also be speaking to investors who purchase homes and land directly from us. We are looking for candidates who possess the energy and attitude that is key to our growing cold calling line of business and the service skills to build relationships with our homeowner and investors.
New Analysts will learn the real estate business, develop and become an important part of the future of our Cold Calling business. Analysts will be responsible for maintain relationships with existing homeowners, maintaining notes after each interaction on CRM, education of our processes and services and training. Communication, service skills and a willingness to learn are paramount to success in this role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing and following up with existing warm and hot leads (prospective home sellers)
• Responding to existing warm and hot sellers missed calls and voi
• Maintaining notes after each interaction with existing home sellers
• Training other members of the cold calling business
