Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to aid with lead generation. In this role, you will not only conduct research and perform data entry but also take ownership of ensuring high-quality results. We are looking for a candidate who can independently identify ways to improve processes, spot valuable insights, and bring a forward-thinking approach to their work. Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets and a proactive mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Generation & Research:
- Conduct in-depth research on 40 leads per hour based on specific zones (to be provided), ensuring quality over quantity.
- Be attentive to opportunities to enhance the research process and improve efficiency.
- Proactively identify any inconsistencies or gaps in data and take the initiative to address them.

2) Data Entry & CRM Management:
- Maintain and update Google Sheets with precise and well-organized information on lead generation progress.
- Show strong attention to detail and proactively check for accuracy, ensuring no errors or incomplete information.
- Track performance metrics on lead research, providing insightful weekly reports that highlight progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Look for patterns in the data that might support better targeting or efficiencies in lead generation.

Quality Assurance:
- Quality checks will be conducted regularly to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- A test period will be implemented to ensure base targets can be reached.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Drive, etc.) with a knack for process optimization.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with legal terminology (preferred but not required).
- Excellent written communication skills in English and ability to convey insights effectively.
- Independent researcher with a knack for gathering accurate data and suggesting actionable improvements.
- A speed test will be required (high speed internet is a must).
- Experience in lead generation, email marketing, copywriting, SEO, and/or cold calling is a plus.
