Real Estate Cold Callers WANTED

ISA Pros is seeking a Rockstar Real Estate Cold Calling Agents-dedicated and enthusiastic to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves being on the phone, has a knack for building rapport quickly, and can confidently engage with homeowners about potential property sales.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with homeowners via phone calls to discuss potential property sales.
Maintain a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor during calls.
Use your excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with potential clients.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of call center experience.
A neutral English accent and a great tone of voice.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to sound credible and confident and not easily intimidated.

PC and Internet Qualifications:
* At least dual core PC with 8GG RAM, 256GB, i5 (minimum requirements)
* At least 100Mbps LAN internet connection
* USB Headset with noise-cancelling microphone.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, we have 2 shifts between 8AM to 7PM CST
Fixed Saturday-Sunday off

Compensation:
$3 an hour during the 6 day training
$5.00/hour once you passed
Performance Incentive $10-$50
Qualified Lead Spiff $5/Lead
$100 Closing Bonus
Paid US Holidays
