Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Research and Administrative Specialist to assist with a focused project. This role involves reviewing meeting schedules, identifying and retrieving associated recordings, downloading transcripts, and accurately referencing recording dates and times. This is a short-term opportunity for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to deliver precise results quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar and Meeting Research:
• Review the provided calendar to identify relevant meetings.
• Locate corresponding meeting recordings.
2. Transcript Management:
• Download and organize meeting transcripts.
• Verify and reference the recording’s date and time.
3. Documentation:
• Maintain clear and accurate records of meeting data, including transcripts and timestamps.
• Ensure all information is organized for easy reference. You would also be identifying key words and key content and highlighting and referencing where this was found.
4. Project Coordination:
• Communicate regularly on progress and flag any discrepancies or missing recordings.
• Meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Required Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with calendar tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
• Ability to download and organize digital files efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly with dates, times, and transcript data.
• Proficient in basic technology tools and platforms, including transcription software or tools like Otter.ai.
• Strong written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience with administrative tasks, data organization, or transcription management.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
