Virtual assistant (HR + Marketing)

We are IntuitionLabs, a Silicon Valley AI focused agency providing design and development services for B2B tech companies. Our founders include Bay Area serial entrepreneurs who have founded startups and businesses with successful exits.

We are looking for a remote senior level virtual assistant who can perform the following types of roles:

1. Screening applicants (designers and website developers primarily). You will need to get on an interview with good applicants. We will provide you with a script to use.
2. Social media posting. You will use AI to create captions and work with our design team to create the postings. You will then schedule them to be posted.
3. Paid ad updates. You will make changes to existing social media ads, such as changing images.
4. Data entry and other general VA work.

We are paying $6/h USD and expect you to have around 10 hours of work per week. This may increase over time, should you have availability, and a full time position may be offered with excellence in this role.

The ideal applicant will be available to work starting from 3:30pm California time in order to have some overlap of communication with our team. However when you actually work is flexible and up to you.
