Remote Customer Service Representative (B2B)

We are looking to hire 5 full-time customer service representatives to join our team. The business hours are from 9 AM until 6 PM EST (American). This is a home-based position so it is imperative that all candidates have a quiet room to work in, a personal computer, stable high-speed internet access (50 Mbps download AND upload speed or higher), and a noise-cancelling headset.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

- Handle inbound calls, faxes, and email inquiries regarding orders, product information, and support.
- Proactively reach out to past and current customers for re-orders and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.

Sales & Lead Generation:

- Generate and qualify leads, and conduct cold and warm calls to convert prospects into customers.
- Contact warm leads (website inquiries) and encourage order placements.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products to existing and new customers.
- Prepare and send marketing materials to leads.

General:

- Keep sensitive customer and company information secure at all times.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- A university or college degree (health-related background is an asset).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or related roles.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
- Strong English communication skills (oral, written, and comprehension).
- Proficiency in computers, CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM), and Microsoft Office.
- Professional, organized, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
- Personal computer with stable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download and upload).
- Noise-cancelling headset.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 25,000 PHP/month.
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses (monthly, quarterly, and annual).

Business Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (45 hours per week with a 30-minute paid break).
