Seeking Experienced CPA/Bookkeeper/fr CFO for Accounting Support

We are a small healthcare marketing agency seeking an experienced CPA, Bookkeeper, or Fractional CFO to support our financial operations and help drive our next phase of growth. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at both day-to-day accounting tasks and strategic financial insights.

This role offers flexibility, whether part-time or with a set number of hours that we can adjust as we refine our needs together. Our goal is to create a mutually beneficial schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

> Invoicing & Accounts Management: Oversee and streamline the invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate payments.
> Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations to maintain clean and accurate financial records.
> Transaction Coding: Help categorize and code select difficult transactions when they arise
> Cash Flow Analysis: Provide cash flow projections and analysis to improve financial planning and ensure adequate runway for growth.
> Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to assist in forecasting, budgeting, and identifying key growth opportunities.
> Reporting: Ensure financials are compliant and assist in preparing necessary reports for tax filings and audits.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Startups: Familiarity with the unique financial needs and challenges of early-stage companies.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Ability to offer financial insights and recommendations for cost optimization and growth strategy. Knowledge of building scalable business, systems, and processes.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with our leadership team and hop on a Zoom call when needed.
