Job Description:

Numa Marketing Agency is looking for a talented and creative **Social Media Manager** to join our team and help manage and grow our clients' online presence. As a **Social Media Manager**, you will play a key role in planning, creating, and executing social media strategies for various clients, ensuring brand consistency, and increasing engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media content strategies.
- Create and design graphics for social media posts (using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Create and manage the social media content calendar.
- Schedule and post content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and engage with the online community.
- Conduct market research and stay on top of trends relevant to clients' industries.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and reports on engagement, growth, and performance.
- Help ensure brand voice consistency across all social media platforms.
- Optional: Assist with social media advertising and campaign creation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong graphic design skills with a solid understanding of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Ability to create and implement social media strategies.
- Familiarity with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):
- Experience with video editing or social media advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO and using SEO for social media.
- Previous experience working with clients in various industries.

Job Requirements:
- Approximately 11 hours per week (1.5 hours/day).
- Flexible schedule but must be consistent with posting and engagement.
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and be able to work remotely.
