Freelance Senior Video Editor with Motion Graphics Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance Video Editor with a strong background in editing YouTube videos and integrating motion graphics.

This role will be crucial in crafting compelling and visually engaging content that captures our brand's essence and keeps our audience hooked.

As part of a creative and collaborative team, you will be responsible for editing long-form and short-form videos, creating motion graphics, and ensuring consistency in style and quality across all our video content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit YouTube videos, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling, pacing, and engagement.
- Develop and integrate motion graphics, animations, and effects to elevate video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team, including content creators and graphic designer, to align video content with the brand’s style and vision.
- Handle multiple projects at once, from concept to final delivery, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
- Manage sound design, color correction, and overall video quality to ensure a professional finish.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, YouTube content, and motion graphics to continuously innovate and improve our video output.
- Implement feedback from creative directors, content creators, and stakeholders to refine and enhance video edits.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in video editing, specifically for YouTube or similar platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant video editing and motion graphics software.
- Strong understanding of YouTube’s best practices, algorithms, and trends.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to make content visually appealing and engaging.
- Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with color grading, audio design, and video compression techniques.

Bonus Qualifications:
- Familiarity with other digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook video formats.
- Experience with 3D animation or visual effects software.
