As an Inbox Manager at MD Growth Partners, your role encompasses responding and contacting leads from all our campaigns (internal and external) through the CRM (GoHighlevel). This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with successful B2B businesses worldwide.

What We Require:
Proven track record of cold calling, setting appointments and achieving KPIs within the B2B environment (Must have proof)
Minimum of 6 months+ lead gen / Appointment Setting Experience (Must have proof)
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Fluent in English
KPI Driven
Hungry to earn money
Positive and Empathis attitude
Tech-savvy (ability to work with LinkedIn, Emails, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRM (highlevel), etc)

Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Managing the replies from our clients and our internal email campaigns
Managing and updating the CRM
Managing and updating the calendars
Engage in other lead gen tasks as and when required
Maintain clarity in communication when reporting on KPIs and passing over appointments
Completing daily Ad hoc and admin tasks on reporting and tracking KPIs
Managing the campaigns

What You’ll Do:
We are a fast-growing startup, and your responsibilities will vary over time, but these core responsibilities will always remain the same.

Daily:
Manage the pipelines to make sure all leads are handled properly.
Schedule any appointments in the correct calendars.
Nurture leads to make sure they show up to the appointments.
Categorize all new replies from our client's campaign
Schedule emails for all future replies
Forward replies for all referral emails
Book appointments for our clients
Check Smartlead to make sure all responses for the day have been categorized
Communicate with clients to endure a smooth business development/appointment setting process
Ad-hoc tasks


Weekly:
Check to make sure all leads have been contacted
Make sure to update all trackers
Make sure all leads are categorized properly
Check to make sure that leads are being enrolled into the subsequence
Update the DNC for any clients
Updating on campaign performance
As Needed:
Send leads to the sales team that can't be categorised
Nurture leads that haven’t converted from our automations
Send replies to clients for leads that can't be categorized
Nurture leads that haven't converted from our subsequences
Add the subsequences for all new campaigns
Create the client in Smartlead and set up their webhook
Rotate leads in the client campaigns
Update Client trackers

What You Can Expect In Your First Year:

Within 7 Days:
Complete your new hire onboarding
Understand all technology used in MD Growth Partners
Understand how to categorise all leads
Understand how to categorize all replies according to the response
Within 14 Days:
Start managing all leads as they come in within Smartlead
Submit leads to clients and sales teams as they come in

Within 30 Days:
Understand how to handle unique leads that don’t conform to our ICP
Understand when and how to trigger automations to help manage leads in the pipeline
Manage Smartlead and the CRM sub-accounts (with no hiccups)

And Beyond:
Help us continue building better processes (and systems) around call setting and lead qualification to convert more leads into sales opportunities.
