Business Central Support Consultant

This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work Swedish hours. Below are the key responsibilities and tasks associated with this role:

Responsibilities
• Development: Fully test and deploy new developments.
• 1st Line Support: Access to ticket and project system. All issues and solutions must be registered in our ticket/project system (Membrain) and thoroughly documented.
• Environment Management: Manage our sandbox and production environments, including access permissions for internal users and suppliers, updates, and other related tasks.
• Team Participation: Be an integral part of the IT team, participating in weekly meetings.
• Project Involvement: If time permits, engage in other projects alongside the IT team.
• Proactive Work: Work proactively to identify and implement improvements with a focus on Business Central (BC).

Key Requirements
• At least 5 years experience in Business Central/NAV
• Experience in testing and deploying developments.
• Strong first-line support skills with proficiency in using ticket/project systems.
• Experience managing sandbox and production environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and participate in regular meetings.
• Proactive approach to work and a keen eye for improvements.
• Willingness to work Swedish hours.
