Appointment Setter Role Summary:
Mission: Drive new business revenue through:

Lead Generation: Initiating conversations with potential clients.
Follow-Up: Re-engaging and setting appointments with leads that didn't close initially.
Key Outcomes & KPIs:
Closing Ratio:

Achieve a minimum 20% live call closing rate (1 out of 5 appointments set must close).
Ensure an 80% show rate by following up before appointments.
Daily Team & Admin Tasks:

Attend daily morning huddles at 9 AM (Mon-Fri) via Zoom.
Know your numbers (actual, projections, pace) and share wins.
Submit an end-of-day report and update team tracking, CRM, and projections.

Position Details:
Schedule: Flexible but requires 30-40 hours per week with open availability for approximately 80 set calls/month.
Must complete morning and end-of-day tasks (Mon-Fri) and remain active on Slack (8 AM-4 PM CST).
Compensation:
$600 base + $35 per qualified appointment (paid when the client is enrolled).
$200 bonus per signed client.
Example: 20 appointments booked ? 15 show up ($525) ? 5 sign ($1,000 bonus) ? Total: $2,125.
Tools:
Use Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and CRM for outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting.
Daily outreach KPIs: 25 DMs (Instagram), 50 (LinkedIn), 50 (Twitter).
Goal:
Consistently fill the calendar with qualified appointments, contributing to business growth and personal career advancement.
