Position Overview:?We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our digital marketing and content creation teams. This role is critical for ensuring seamless operations, timely task completion, and effective collaboration across multiple projects and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable managing diverse teams using tools like Trello, Slack, Go High Level (GHL), Canva, and various AI-powered platforms Descript, Claude, Hey Gen, Synthesia.

???? Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Workflow Management:
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and task assignments using Trello and Go High Level (GHL).
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
* Identify roadblocks and proactively address them to prevent delays.
2. Team Coordination:
* Manage and coordinate a remote team of Virtual Assistants (VAs), graphic designers, and content creators.
* Conduct regular team check-ins via Slack and Zoom to track progress and address challenges.
* Delegate tasks clearly, set expectations, and provide feedback to ensure accountability.
3. Client Communication:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and gathering feedback.
* Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly.
4. Content & Campaign Oversight:
* Ensure all deliverables (social media content, email campaigns, marketing assets) align with client goals and branding.
* Review and approve social media designs, presentations, and marketing collateral created in Canva and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
5. AI Tool Integration & Automation:
* Oversee the integration of AI tools into content creation workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva Magic Write, Descript).
* Ensure efficient workflows using automation platforms like Zapier.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
* Track project KPIs, team productivity, and campaign performance.
* Generate detailed reports using Go High Level (GHL) and analytics tools.
* Provide actionable insights for process improvement.
7. Resource Allocation & Budget Management:
* Monitor team hours and resource utilization to ensure efficiency.
* Manage project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
8. Training & Development:
* Provide ongoing support and training to tea ---------- mbers on tools and processes.
* Stay updated with the latest trends in project management and AI-powered marketing tools.

Skills Required:
* Proficiency in project management tools: Trello, Go High Level (GHL), ClickUp, or similar.
* Strong communication and team collaboration skills using Slack and Zoom.
* Experience with creative tools like Canva for design approvals and content oversight.
* Familiarity with AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, HeyGen, Synthesia, Vidyo.ai).
* Automation experience with tools like Zapier.
* Data analysis and reporting using GHL Analytics, Google Analytics, or equivalent tools.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
* Proactive problem-solving and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Hours:
* 20+hours per week (depending on project load and client demands).
* Flexibility to accommodate meetings and team coordination across time zones.
