Fashion Writer Wanted 10hrs/week

I'm looking for an EXPERT English article writer that can work 10hrs/week for me, preferably with an interest in fashion.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You’ll be working with me on this site that is currently targeting coats and jackets, but which I plan to expand into a general fashion site in the future. By doing research and writing for my site, you will learn a lot about fashion yourself.

I'm a friendly guy and will treat you with respect. If you have experience, that's a definite plus.

If I ever ask something of you that you don't understand, it's okay to ask questions. I don't mind answering them, and won't think any less of you. In fact, I welcome questions, because I would rather answer a question once, than have you work on something you don't fully understand. By asking question you will grow as an employee.

I see it as my role in our professional relationship to train you. I will give you pointers on doing research and writing articles quickly.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be available for long term employment. I want to build a professional relationship with my writer that lasts a long time.

COMPENSATION:

Your starting salary will be $100 per month.

As I said, I will train you to do more. You salary will grow as you gain more experience. The quicker you gain experience, the quicker your salary will increase. Eventually I expect you to work for me full-time.

I will also provide bonuses for exceptional work and a 13th month.
