Hello,

We are looking for a dedicated virtual assistant to focus on Loom outreach (sales) to new leads:

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage and execute our client outreach process using Loom videos. You will be responsible for personalising outreach videos by following a clear structure, inserting provided audio recordings, and ensuring the videos are optimised for maximum engagement. This role does not require you to be on camera or use your own voice – you will be provided with all necessary audio files.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable using tools like Loom, Google Sheets, and email platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Personalised Video Creation:
- Record Loom screen-share videos using provided audio recordings.
- Display the prospect’s website and scroll/move the mouse naturally to ensure an engaging visual experience.
- Ensure the Loom video thumbnail shows the prospect’s website at the start.

2. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Follow the pre-defined outreach script structure (intro, value points, and call to action).
- Add a clickable call-to-action (CTA) link at the top right of each Loom video (e.g., Calendly or website link).
- Optimise Loom video settings, such as enabling animated thumbnails and disabling branded players.

3. Video Management:
- Upload and store personalised Loom links in a Google Sheets outreach tracker.
- Ensure each video link corresponds to the correct prospect in the sheet.

4. Outreach Support:
- Draft personalised email templates using provided guidelines and insert Loom video links.
- Assist with follow-ups by updating and tracking which emails have been sent and when.

5. Quality Control:
- Check each Loom video to ensure the audio plays correctly and the video aligns with the provided script.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to Loom, such as broken links or technical glitches.


Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in virtual assistance, email marketing, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with outreach strategies and customer relationship tools (but training will be provided).
