JOB OVERVIEW

Qualifications:
-At least 3 years experience in Hotel as a Front Office Supervisor/Reservation Supervisor or Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience.
-Proven skills in customer service, record keeping, and communication.
- Manila based/lives in Metro Manila

Responsibilities:
-Full-time position (6 to 8 hours/day)
-Overseeing the ticketing system, ensuring tickets are created from various channels (like Viber, WhatsApp, and calls), and automatically generated from emails.
-Managing sales complaints, ensuring tickets meet a 48-hour SLA, conducting quality assurance on closed tickets, and evaluating agent reports.
-Other duties as assigned.
