Australian based company providing property maintenance to the residential real estate and disability rental market.

Mon - Fri 7am to 3pm Philippine time (9am - 5pm Australia)

The role requires the applicant to communicate well with vendors and clients, assist in scheduling works with the tenants and following up contractors across multiple jobs whilst leading a team to ensure consistent work flow is achieved daily and is measurable.

Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders such as vendors, clients and assisting tea ---------- mbers.
A high level of sociability and the ability to build relationships quickly to foster good rapport with tenants and contractors.
Enthusiasm and persuasiveness to effectively negotiate and liaise between all parties involved in property maintenance.

We envisage the successful applicant will have a patient and calm demeanor vital for handling diverse tenant issues and working harmoniously with both new and existing trusted contractors.

A strong team orientation, promoting collaboration with others to accomplish tasks, as this role involves coordinating multiple jobs.
