Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Organize and streamline office processes.
Support Event Planners: Assist our team in daily operations and event planning.
Social Media Content Creation: Make engaging TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook videos from our content to attract clients.
Tech Skills: Use tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and Dropbox effectively.
Some Marketing Assistance: Help with marketing tasks related to our events.
Qualifications:
Experience in office administration or a similar role, ideally in event planning or marketing - suggested so you understand this business.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud storage platforms.
Creative with social media content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of business operations and marketing.
