Real estate VA/ISA/TC

Looking for someone with experience in US real estate (any work with agents in KY a HUGE plus).
Will be doing the following:
*lead generation for clients which come into our system (very minimal cold calling, if at all)
*organize our CRM and keep updated with tasks which are posted each day
*transaction coordination of real estate files
*respond to leads on social media and through the crm on the companies behalf
*social media management
*must work US cst daytime hours
*pay depending on qualifications and likely to incorporate bonuses for the right candidate - pls include requested pay
*MUST be extremely fluent in English language and speaking (including conversational)
*Preference may be given to applicants who also have some experience with website creation & content management
*Canva experience REQUIRED
