We are an innovative and fast-growing brand looking for a talented Social Media Manager with exceptional graphic design and video editing skills to join our team. If you excel at creating visually stunning content, have a proven track record of growing social media channels, and possess a keen eye for design, we want to hear from you!

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll take the lead in crafting and executing content strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), Threads, LinkedIn (LI), YouTube (YT), X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok (TT). You'll also play a key role in designing proposals and presentations in Canva, making this position ideal for a creative with both strategic and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Design
Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and motion graphics tailored to each platform’s audience.
Create and edit high-quality video content (e.g., Reels, Stories, Shorts) to drive engagement and brand growth.
Collaborate with the team to design impactful proposals and presentations in Canva that effectively communicate ideas and campaigns.

Social Media Management
Develop and implement strategies to grow audiences and increase engagement across all platforms using organic growth techniques and trends.
Schedule, post, and manage daily content across platforms using social media management tools.
Monitor community engagement, respond to comments, and foster relationships to build a loyal and active audience.

Analytics & Strategy
Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
Stay updated on platform-specific trends, video formats, and design best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Skills & Experience:
Design Expertise: Proficiency in Canva (mandatory) and tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to create polished visuals and presentations.
Video Editing: Strong skills in creating and editing video content for social platforms using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Social Platform Mastery: In-depth understanding of FB, IG, Threads, LI, YT, X, and TT, including their unique algorithms, audience preferences, and content formats.
Content Scheduling: Experience using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later for scheduling and performance tracking.
Creative Strategy: A strong ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that engage audiences and build brand trust.
Analytics Savvy: Proficiency in analyzing data from tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and TikTok Analytics to inform strategy.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone and style for each platform.
