Advanced Figma Designer

We are looking to hire another full time Figma designer.

-Professional Figma designer
-Must be able to read heatmaps to find what section is causing a customer falloff
-Proficient in reading the customer journey to attest to figure out how to increase scroll rate
-Decrease bounce rates with figma optimizations

-Please share previous projects and imagery showing how you have improved site performances
