Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to manage our social media, email marketing, and inbound customer communications via text. As a key member of our team, you’ll help shape our online presence and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management

Create engaging, brand-aligned posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Develop and implement a social media content calendar to maintain consistent online activity.
Use analytics tools to measure post performance and optimize future campaigns.


Email Marketing

Draft compelling email campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, and share educational content.
Collaborate on strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign success.
Maintain email lists and segment audiences for targeted messaging.

Customer Communication

Manage and respond to inbound messages from potential customers via social media, email, and other channels.
Provide friendly and professional advice to customers while reflecting YouSolar’s values.
Escalate inquiries or issues to the appropriate tea ---------- mber when necessary.

Creative Strategy and Brand Alignment

Ensure all content aligns with YouSolar Australia’s mission and tone.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
Stay updated on solar industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for content.
Requirements:

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in social media management and email marketing.
Strong written communication skills with a creative flair.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) are a plus, we can help provide what tools you may need.
Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools we use Zoho One suite, Zoho Social for example.
Basic understanding of email marketing platforms we use Zoho One suite, Zoho Campaigns for example.
Knowledge of analytics tools to track and report performance.

Soft Skills:

Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Bonus Points:

Experience in the solar industry or energy-related fields.
