Marketing Coordinator - ECommerce Brand

Red Tuna Shirt Club is a US-based fishing shirt company that was established in 2011. We have plans to grow rapidly in 2025 and we are looking for an energetic marketing coordinator to be a full-time member of our team!

This job will be remote, but you will work closely with Austin, the founder and CEO of Red Tuna. While we are flexible on hours, you must be available on a regular basis during US business hours (8am - 6pm CST)

The marketing coordinator will be involved with:
• Email Marketing – Helping to manage our email marketing efforts using Klaviyo
• Meta Ads Account – Helping to manage our campaigns
• Meta Ads Creative – creating and coordinating the production of new video and static ads for Red Tuna.
• Managing freelancers – overseeing the work of graphic artists, video editors, web developers, etc
• Shopify Store – Managing Promotions, product listings, etc
• Social Media Content – developing content, creating a social media calendar, posting content. Also creating new channels for Red Tuna we have not used much, like TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.
• Other Digital Advertising – helping to launch campaigns on new platforms we have not used, such as TikTok, Google, etc
• Promotional Partnerships – Seeking out and managing partnerships with affiliates, influencers, websites and forums, other brands, etc

We do not expect our marketing coordinator to be an expert in all of these areas, and we will provide training and encourage development of skills through courses and research. However, any relevant experience is preferred. But the most important qualification is enthusiasm, hustle, and a passion for promoting and marketing our company!

In addition to a monthly salary, we would like to incentivize our marketing coordinator with bonuses for company growth!
