We require an experienced virtual assistant that is able to take on a number of important roles within our property investment company. This role will develop over time. Initially your role would be to input contacts into our CRM (Insightly) and set up systems within the CRM to streamline productivity - linking and managing emails, diaries and task lists. Web research and data collection of commercial estate agents within our target area. Establishing and developing relationships with these real estate agents, contacts and investors. Setting up property alerts. Researching and sourcing commercial properties for sale and collating data for these properties. Data scraping. Finding comparable properties and market research in key areas.
Hours to start would be 15 hours per week (3 hours per day over 5 days) looking to increase this to full time quickly.
