Shopify Virtual Assistant for 6 figure brand

i am looking for a efficient and skilled shopify VA who can work 3-6 hours a day depending on what skills you have

i am flexible with times as i believe you should be able to have the freedom you desire as-well, only as long as you are a hardworking and meticulous person when it comes to bringing A+ service to our customers and making sure all the customer service of my ecommerce brand is taken care of

tasks you will be doing

dealing with all customer enquiries on gmail
this involves talking with our supplier about replacements, order delivery times,
setting up payments to supplier through wise
dealing with all chargeback disputes (shopify, paypal, afterpay)
managing social media comments, inbox ect

also if you can prove that you can help generate sales in ways such as new products that work, video editing, canva designs you would be compensated for that with bonuses
