Job Description:

Are you the type who lives and breathes social media? Got skills to turn ordinary posts into ? Showstoppers ? On Insta, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts? We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Content Creator who can take the lead and slay our digital game. If you’re all about making brands pop and engaging with audiences like a pro, we need to talk!

Your Day-to-Day Hustle:

- Strategize Like a Boss: Plan and execute killer social media strategies that get noticed.
- Create Magic: Whip up posts, stories, reels, graphics, and videos that captivate and convert.
- Engage & Connect: Chat with our followers, respond to DMs, and keep the convo going strong.
- Crunch the Numbers: Track what’s working, what’s not, and tweak your game plan accordingly.
- Stay Trendy: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social trends and tools.
- Team Player: Collaborate with designers and writers to keep everything on point.
- Influencer Vibes: Work with influencers to spread our message far and wide.

NB: There was a previous candidate and there is a lot to be completed. The right person will be able to quick work out where the gaps are and make sure this role is back on track.

Working Hours:

Part-time, 20 hours/week (10 hours/day, 2 days/week) - this role may grow into fulltime
Flexible within Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) hours (9 AM to 9 PM)
Your Weekly To-Do List:

- Post daily across all our brands.
- Create, design, and publish standout content.
- Engage with our audience like a pro.
- Plan next week’s content and stay ahead of the game.
- Analyze performance and tweak strategies as needed.

Monthly Must-Do’s:

- Set monthly goals and smash them.
- Present a detailed performance report.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and keep us ahead of the curve.
- Be able to work without supervision

NB: this role has the potential to grow both in responsibility and team numbers. The right candidate will lay the right foundation so that we can continue to strive for our goals.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven social media management experience.
- Killer graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva—you know the drill).
- Wordsmith with flair—nailing the tone is your jam.
- Mastery of major social platforms.
- Organised, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
